The following rules
have been defined for our customers and for our own internal use.
User-Supplied
Content
Customers will be held
responsible for any activity and content in their respective sites. All
material published in a web site is considered the responsibility of the
site owner.
The following activities are
prohibited:
- Spamming. The use of
services and/or resources for the purpose of sending unsolicited
advertising to those who do not have existing business relationships
with its users. Similarly, sites that are referenced in unsolicited
e-mail.
- Publication of private
information without the permission of the person/s concerned.
- Publication content that
violates any US Federal, State, or Local Law.
- You may not use the
Service to assist any other person or entity to violate any Federal,
State, or Local Laws, Ordinances or Regulations.
- Infringement of
intellectual property rights.
- Defamation of character.
- Publication of
information that may be considered harmful.
- The use of service and
resources for the abuse of existing laws, or illegal activities.
- Publication of
pornography. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, display
nudity, or link to adult content elsewhere.
Refusal of
Service

We reserve the
right to terminate any account found to be in violation of any item in
this policy.

We reserve the
right to withhold any payment made prior to the termination of a site.

We reserve the
right to refuse, cancel or suspend services at our sole discretion.

We reserve the
right to revise the Acceptable Use Policy when it deems appropriate.
Domain Names
Once registered, domain
names are not refundable. Registrars will NOT refund payments received for
domain registrations and/or transfers if the procedure for the said
registration and/or transfer has already been completed.
Note: Once you register a
domain name, you canīt "unregister" it. If you find that the domain name
you chose no longer suits your needs, or is spelled wrong, etc., you
should register another domain name. The domain name you originally
registered will continue to be registered to you until the end of the
registration period.
Advanced Design can register
the domain name in your name if you request it. You are
responsible for maintaining current information and payments to the
registrar. A renewal bill will be sent to the email address that you specify when
we reserve your domain name.

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it will protect, indemnify, save and hold Advanced
Design, harmless from any and all stipulations, liabilities, losses,
expenses and claims, as well as reasonable attorney's fees assessed
against Advanced Design, its agents, customers, officers, employees and
administration that may arise or result from any service provided or
performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by it's customers,
agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and
hold Advanced Design harmless against liabilities arising out of; (1) any
injury to person or property caused by any products sold or distributed in
association with Advanced Design's Services; (2) any material furnished by
customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a
third party; (3) copyright violation and any defective products sold to a
Customer from Advanced Design's Services.
Disclaimer
Advanced Design, will not be responsible for any damages your business may
suffer. Advanced Design makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or
implied for services we provide. Advanced Design disclaims any warranty or
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of
data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and
all service interruptions caused by Advanced Design and its employees.
Failure to follow any terms and conditions may result in account
deactivation.
Revisions to this Policy
Advanced Design reserves the
right to amend or update these policies without notice.
